Nutrition plays a fundamental role in energy production and is therefore a vital link in the engagement process. Unfortunately, eating right is not as simple as counting calories, avoiding fat, or choosing healthy foods. These methods will not guarantee optimal energy, performance or health. There are many factors that should be considered when making food choices to enhance engagement throughout the day and to succeed in any mission.
