Module 6: Taking Action
Managing energy in the service of full engagement requires positive rituals — precise behaviors that become automatic over time. Controlling engagement levels throughout the day is fundamentally a function of habit, not willpower or self-discipline. Habits of eating, sleeping, physical movement, patience, mental preparation, positive thinking, and so forth drive engagement in the workplace. Rituals are a means by which to translate our values and priorities into action in all dimensions of our work and personal life. Participants will create a comprehensive action plan, develop action steps, and establish an accountability system to acquire new rituals to enhance engagement.
